Three Counties, 432,527 Parcels
KnowledgeCrawler now covers the core Wasatch Front: Salt Lake, Summit, and Utah counties, all crawled from official assessor and UGRC parcel records. Every parcel is on the interactive map.
Salt Lake County
Deepest coverage: 67,578 SLC parcels × 46 zoning districts, plus full government-ownership analysis — the only county whose assessor publishes owner names.
Summit County
37,294 parcels, 653,333 acres, $57.3B total market value — Park City and the Snyderville Basin resort corridor.
Utah County
327,655 parcels, 1,744,386 acres, $285B total market value — Provo, Lehi, and the Silicon Slopes growth belt (includes Draper's Utah County side).
Summit and Utah county coverage is built from UGRC LIR parcel records (values, acreage, building data). Owner-of-record analysis is available for Salt Lake County only — the other assessors do not publish owner names in public GIS. Details on the methodology page.
